This is (so far) an interesting "experiment". I think you should post on the link you mention. The suggestion to take over the dormant Musicality wiki is an interesting one, but it wasn't really in line with my original intention. It seems that there are still some potential users who think that the original aims of Musicality (whatever they were) are the ones to go for. They seem to think that replicating Wikipedia and maybe improving on music topics is the way to go. I don't disagree with them, but I do think that's an enormous effort, and there doesn't seem to be a lot of point given that many users will go to Wikipedia anyway.
What I envisaged was something more "here and now" - a wiki which would cover information about current performances, future events, and also recordings which many of us have and treasure from the past. A place to discuss whether Toscanini compares well with Furtwangler, and how their recordings shape up in comparison with (say) Rattle's and Haitink's. If Musicality can't be moved in that direction or somehow accommodate the style which I envisage, then I would still look for support for a new wiki - though what it would be called would be a matter for discussion.
You can find some articles of the type I was hoping would emerge in Musicality under Reviews and there is also some information about recordings. There isn't (as yet) clear leadership in Musicality, and it's clear that this is a problem with it. The same would also be a problem with a wiki of the type I'm suggesting, so whether Musicality will eventually support this vision or incorporate it, or we split off and form a new one, it will be important to put very clear guidelines and aims in a very visible place in order to avoid it being hi-jacked by others who may have a different agenda. I'm broadly in favour of democracy, but having a bus where every passenger is also a driver doesn't actually get most of them to their destinations.
