Thanks for the info t-p. I wonder if Behan is trying to suggest a mythological figure, eg one who got the wrong side of the fairy folk, so looks a bit knackered?

I think this one is a little better. It is a sculpture of some player.

This is about famine, I think.

If you think of the subject it could be powerful. I don't know what to make of him. I think I have no opinion.
John Behan is here in a suit (light color suit).


This is during one of the exhibitions. I want everybody to know that I am not on the picture.

Mr Behan looks quite well fed (my shape is the result of Irish cuisine of ex-mother-in-law). Uni Supremo clearly mobile though -is he drinking  Magners cider perhaps? How would you feel if Behan wanted to do a sculpture of you t-p?It can only be a matter of time before he notices you surely.

I don't think he even notices me. He has some other ladies in his sight. He was involved in painting or drawing from concerts. I don't know what happend to the project. There are beautiful young ladies here. We have a quartet here. They are very good looking people. I am sure he will pick them over me. I did have a talk with him a few times. He is very nice.
I think he likes his drink, but I did not see him drinking.
I saw him in a summer festival when we had Evtushenko here. There was so many people at the presentation (concert). I could not imagine people know him. There were local people there, not visitors. We went to the concert with no tickets and were lucky to get in.
The concert was interesting. Behan was there too.

...well, youthful beauty is one thing, but the beauty of experience is another, hopefully Behan can appreciate that.
Its good that these guys get involved in their local community, it all looks unpretentious and good stuff.
