I am  William S. Massey's A Basic Course in Algebraic Topology

Shame really because An Introduction to Knot Theory sounds far more intriguing. Sigh. And I take great exception to being called either `basic` or `course`. Hurrumph.  Cheesy Cheesy

Oh gosh crikey. That's had the same effect on me as Xenakis' Formalised Music, i.e. that looks jolly interesting, but I'll have to come back to it at a later date.
Time to reorganise a bookshelf.

Would you rather:
Live in a city and visit the country?    or     Live in the country and visit the city?
Live a long, but relatively unproductive life?    or     Be highly productive for a short span?

I'd rather live in the city and visit the country and be highly productive for a short span.  Ideally though I'd like to be highly productive for a long span.

I would rather take CDs than books, provided I had something to play them on....

What about having some music books, and having something to play them on?  That'd be nice I think....
