We haven`t had many of these for a while, so,

I`m pooped and pumpkin-like. Well, no, I don`t mean I`m bright orange! Cripes! You know what I mean!

Sweet dreams and peaceful sleep to all.

Nighty night.

Night Mort!

I got up at 4 this morning, I did. I'm lasting quite well. Even went to see Ratatouille this evening. Oh how I laughed.  Cheesy

(I must see it again without the German dubbing.)

But yes, pumpkins are gathering about me... sweet dreams, folks.

We watched Ratatouille on the cruise ship.  Great fun.

I've just won 6p at Bridge so drinks are on me!  Time to start the ironing now even though it is 11 p.m.  It's absolutely chucking it down outside and I've just had the windows cleaned.  Roll Eyes

Ah well, nighty night all.  Wink

Last night saw me doing 2 hours of orchestration marking, then I took some tutorials for 1st years at Durham from 9:15 to 5:15.
Trip to the pub, a pizza and then train journey back to Edinburgh.
A phone call from the module leader to brief me for the tutorial I'm taking tomorrow and then I slumped into bed.

I really ought to zz too as I was dropping off earlier in the evening when I was listening to Friday's Jazz on 3, but I always seem to wake up at this time of night. It's my favourite time of the day usually. Got Mary Ann Kennedy on R3 now - doesn't look very hopeful for getting Andy Kershaw back on the airwaves.

Why is that?

I mean, I think he's a twit, but they can't just sort of 'forget' to put him back on air, can they? What is he going to do otherwise? And don't lots of people like him?

He went to my old school, I don't even know him, who am I to talk. My history teacher hated him though. Wink

I'm logging off for the night.
Have briefly skimmed through recent controversy and I'm very confused. I do have some thoughts about the use of language that I might try to develop further tomorrow, but tonight I just need my bed. And possibly more marmite.
Hope you all sleep well, that tinners manages to control his rampant italicisation, and that tomorrow is a new day (rather than just a rubbish recycled one - don't you just hate it when that happens?)

Got to get up at 7.
Just finished making my packed lunch (isn't it sad when celery goes all floppy and you haven't had a chance to eat any of it properly?).
Was considering assembling my christmas tree but have decided that a few pages of Douglas Adams gets a higher priority.
A fun day of seminars, tutorials and lectures ahead.
