Mort, I found it by googling "many faces".
As a follow-up I've tried to import Jacques Carelman's Four portraits in one (a "rotatory" picture) which I knew from the Oulipo compendium: the whole compendium used to be online but I can't find it at the moment.

Click on La rose des tetes - it's the same pic. Can't seem to import it.
