Sorry - wasn't trying to be oblique. Nimbys have again vetoed wind farms in Scotland today. Some people only like windmills when they're on blue tiles.
 Or how about this energy efficient fellow? Not sure if he's a dreamer or the Nightmare on Dutch Elm Street!
