Those Ensaladas are certainly unlike anything else. As you'll know, as well as the various languages there are also onomatopoeic sounds in the vocal parts, imitations of instruments and so on.

Isn't that James Joyce?
There's an interlude in Pratchett's sci fi novel The Dark Side of the Sun, which is sort of a homage to Finnegans Wake, and has a passage saying something along the lines of:
brekek brekekek brekekekekek coaxial...

(can't check actual text because the book's in England and I am not)
