I have a lovely mental picture now of a very grumpy Jonathan doing a Jack Nicholson impression with his chain saw.  Grin

I think it was an axe, actually, Milly! But the principle holds -

I once was made to stand in this pose as part of a photo-montage advertising the school leaver's concert (2005). And before anyone asks, I don't have a copy!!

We are lucky tonight. Nobody is grumpy like this lot. They are really grumpy, we are never that bad.

I found the messiah-type references about the Doctor a tad overwrought and, well, a bit silly really. I hope they do better with the Christmas special than they did last year. I like Catherine Tate but she was just so miscast.

Ron, I am deeply impressed by your powers of rememberance! What were the final lines from the last series? They seem to have disappeared into the leaky seive that is my memory. Grin

Her: What?

Him: What?

(Not so difficult to remember, really, Mort.)

Hello old and young grumpy monsters,
How are you this morning? I think the weather is a little better today and all is well with the world, or at least well enough to make and listen to some music.

I am investigating smaller record labels. So far I though that Naxos was small, but my information is outdated.
I want to investigate really small labels and what kind of music they offer. Therefore I am busy and not grumpy.

I thought it was a chain saw in The Shining...wasn't it?  I didn't actually see it myself because I'm easily scared.  Roll Eyes  I love Jack Nicholson but only in comedies.

Here he is, Millie, and he doesn't look grumpy. I am sure he has nice glass of wine and will have more.

Tomorrow, tomorrow, there is always tomorrow, you only a day away.
There will be sun shining soon. (This is according to Annie).

For those who are still grumpy this could help or it could make it worse.

In case there are any doubt it is not me.
