I might go and work in the department tomorrow. I have to order a wedding present from the Debenhams catalogue anyway and their website doesn't cooperate with Macs it would seem.

Grump, grump, grump, bugler, bugler, bugler.  Cry

Just been for a routine check after my lumpectomy last year and the consultant has found another of the little sods! I hadn't found it myself of course, even though I check regularly, because I'm stupid I think.  He aspirated it today and they gave me a mammogram straight away.  I get the results hopefully tomorrow.  The last one was benign - but even if it hopefully is non-malignant again this time - I still then have to decide whether to leave it and "keep an eye on what develops" or go through having to have the darn thing removed again.

Just when everything had started to go so well.  Sad  Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad

I have a friend who's had quite a few suspicious lumps, and every one turned out to be benign, so try not too worry too much, Milly. Good luck.

Thanks everyone.   Kiss

I've removed all the waffle.  Too much information.  Sorry if I bored you all.

And from here as well Mills: if I'd known last night, I'd have sent you positive vibes from Preston, where our train was apparently held for an hour - I was vaguely aware we weren't moving for quite some time, but didn't know where.

Thanks Mort and Ron.   Doc is going to ring me with the results.  He's promised late afternoon or early evening today, or if not, definitely tomorrow.  Not long to wait.  Roll Eyes

Ron, were you really stuck in a siding at Preston for an hour?  How awful. Sad Grin

I think it was the main line, Mills, but I've always had a soft spot for Preston ever since rampaging around the Morrisons supermarket in a balaclava and a sawn-off shotgun (courtesy of Crimewatch).

Mort: what make's your mobile?

Ron, apart from bluddy useless, ahem, it`s a Motorola W220. Honestly, I have had such bad luck with mobiles. Grrr.

ARRRRRRRRGGGH

I'm afraid I'm not a fan of their products, Mort: their batteries are very fussy about the way they're charged. If it's within a year of purchase and you have the receipt (or it's a store where they took your details at the time of sale so they can regenerate one) you would have a strong case for replacement of the battery unless the book's wording specifically excludes them from the guarantee..

Funny you should mention that, Ron. Since last posting I took the battery out, twiddled my thumbs for a while and then put it back in. Now the `phone has decided to live Huh Roll Eyes  I may just buy a brace of carrier pigeons tomorrow to be on the safe side Grin
