I've also come up with some spots on my forehead which are due to stress. I know I should be pleased that even though I'm 30 I have the skin of a 16-yr-old but it's rather frustrating!
Aren't 16 years olds more prone to spots than 30 year olds?

That was what I was trying to say. I was certainly prone to them at the age of 16, but that could have had more to do with the way that my hair was in front of my forehead a lot, and due to my ineffective attempts at hygiene at said age.

[remainder of post removed to the Higher Education thread]

Oh yes, and I had a headache when I posted this originally but now it's gone. Smiley

And apologies to all for turning this into a rerun of the Higher Education thread.

I wish I could actually find that thread... it might, for obvious reasons, be easier to have a less accusatory discussion of these things than last time.

(edit: rest of post moved to HE thread)

Thank you sir. I shall move most of my last post over there so that any continuation of this discussion won't deter ranting on other subjects.

Poor bbm,
This is the worse kind of stress.
Going for a ride could be a good idea (if you drive carefully). Better is to go for a walk or run.

Best wishes,

bbm, don't worry about starting a new thread entitled stress.  Poor you, I am sure we all feel for you with the job situation x  With the credit crunch a lot more of us may be in your situation.

Sorry you're feeling so bad, BBM.......but it really isn't a good idea to drive when you're in such a state. I'm sure you know that anyway, so I shouldn't be lecturing you Smiley Go for a walk instead next time you get cross Smiley

Oh, I see t-p has already said that.

Sorry to hear all that, bbm, I really am.  You have responsible and caring work, you put vast amounts of energy into the music you love so it amazes an idle thing like me you have any time to post here.  Hope you have a good night's sleep.

Ye gods!  It's noisy in Millyland today.  There's hammering, drilling, weird cutter/grinding tools, all going at full volume.  I know it will all be nice when it's finished but I hate having stuff done.   Angry

According to their radio blaring outside, ooh heaven is a place on earth!  Well it isn't here.  Angry

Noisy here, too. Someone across the road is having an "underground survey" (at keast that's what it says on the van) - something to do with drains, perhaps? It is very noisy.
