Birds sometimes wash themselves not with water but by flicking dust all over themselves and then shaking it off vigorously. But birds are not hands.

Our equivalents to those would be

-  Silence is golden.  Also, Empty vessels make most noise.

-  Too many cooks spoil the broth

1.You tell him about the prist, but he replies abaout Emelya the fool.

2. You have to chew everything for him and put it in his mouth.
