I needed more sleep last night, so chose to download the show this morning. It seems I good a good choice if the previous two comments are anything to go by!
Great show again. I can generally take or leave hip-hop, but the Socalled track was definitely interesting. I enjoyed the segue between Tracks 2 and 3, but the improv got a little tiresome.
The interview with Freeze Puppy was fine, but very short (reflecting the comments on track length?). Perhaps splitting the session in two would have helped.
After the above-par ambient of Track 5, the highlight for me was the Lucy Over Lancashire track. Terriffic stuff.
The Hawk/Hacksaw track was okay, but nothing special IMO. Perhaps the fact that I was listening to surrounded by the noise of the London Tube detracted from it too much. As for Zozobra being a good Scrabble hand, one could always use one of the blanks

Safetyword was an enigma. I didn't like the first track much, but enjoyed the second. I didn't realise until afterwards that they were by the same band. Also, could we please stop describing things as 'X on acid'? Very annoying...
I have the Adjagas album and, on the whole, I like it. Some of the production could be better (particularly the vocals, some of which sound as though they've been recorded in a cupboard), but it's a nice Summery CD. I played some of it a recent barbecue and it went down pretty well.
I'm currently working my way through the old 'Mixing It' sessions, which are bringing back great memories.
Thanks, Mark and Robert.
