As Bryn said, these artefacts generally came after the demise of the threepenny bit. But even so, prawn cocktails, Black Forest gateau and Blue Nun wine were the height of 1970s sophistication.
In certain areas of England, perhaps (and you omitted the ubiquitous overcooked steak in between the first two), but I really rather doubt that any of these would have been deemed other than risible in the country immediately to its south where the term "bourgeoisise" was presumably invented...
