OK then,

By popular demand - more Smileys

They can be accessed from our own R3boards Gallery of Smileys at

http://s149.photobucket.com/albums/s74/r3boards/Smileys/

If you have IE7 you can open that page as another tab so the smileys are right next to you, as it were.

Look for the smiley of your choice and click the choice with IMG thingy and paste that in your message like this :

If you have other smileys you want to add to the Gallery of Smileys then you need to logon to that site

Name: r3boards

Password: radio3

and then look for the Smileys Folder and the upload field/thingy and, well, it's getting hard to explain now but I'm sure if you get that far you'll work out the rest.

Keep smiling

or avoid

but on here always be

I'm not sure if I can cope with this level of helpfulness  Wink

Bravo, nice work!

Why didn't we have some of these back at R3? The 'oldie' one would have been brilliant. Especially if one could have made it do this.

I can imagine many discussions where that would have been extremely useful.  Roll Eyes

For example, to illustrate discussions about the correct number of string-players in period music...

BTW I hope you noticed the care with which I found a smiley violinist who was not using a neck-rest in the above example?  Cheesy  Closer inspection will reveal pure gut strings on the top three, but an overwound bottom g.

Bodies and necks, Opilec...  musicians have been downsized and don't need those any more... or any dangly bits that cause unwanted sexual tensions and hanky-panky in rehearsals.

The music publishing world has caught up with this new asexual approach, of course.  That's why you see the admonition "Illicit Reproduction Is Prohibited" at the top of so many scores these days....

What IS that avatar picture you've got, Mr O??   Smiley

trained pianist,

Two things wrong.

1. you need the whole address ending in .jpg

2. Need the [IMG ]http://and[ /img] after.

You can achieve both by choosing the IMG option at photobucket with ONE LEFT CLICK (it is copied)

Then on your message, at the cursor, right-click and Paste
