We buddies of radio 3 think that the DAB rate for radio 3 should be at the highest level that technology will allow, if this is not possible then we think it should be tweaked up as high as possible during live concert broadcasts before they drop it back to 192.

You buddies ought to do a bit of homework on the availability of DAB bandwidth. Radio 3 is the only U.K. channel allowed to use as much as 192kbps. Listeners to the other channels would be after stringing you up if you grabbed even more of their paltry allocations.
