Hi,

With the recent high pressure, my FM reception has got worse Sad Hence static noises on my recordings are very noticeable. Is there a procedure, or filter, I can use to remove this? Without destroying the music recording?

Many thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

Peter

Here is an update.

I have replaced my 3 dipole aerial for a low powered circular type. My local TX is Wrotham. Things have improved, especially with other stations. Dare I say it ... CFM reception is fantastic, pity about the content. The reception of Radio 2 and 4 are good too. Radio 3 has improved, but I was hoping for better. I just hope for normal atmospheric conditions during July, August and September for my Proms and EIF recordings.
