i want to start a thread devoted to classical music on youtube, but the board won't let me embedd anything in a post.
am i doing something wrong?

for instance, using the embedd facility on you tube, i get this:

<object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/B6Dvu44kW88"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/B6Dvu44kW88" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>

if i treat it as a URL, i get this:

tony,

You want the message to show the 'still' image on which we will click PLAY ?

I've tried a few things but can't get the image to appear IN the message.

One thing though, instead of <   > I think you need to use [   ] in the message text

Here is the Who?What? example put in url, use quote clicklink to see where the [ and ] are used
