I think you refer to TELEMANN Der Morgen (The Morning) from Die Tageszeiten. According to the schedule they played it at a little after 7, which mean you were up early, Milord. I got up before 8 with Mozart Symphony and I heard Piazzolla Tango. I was doing my chores, but listen to Ligeti study, which I liked. After I did not listen anymore.
How is this for feed back?

Lovely feed back darling.

I seem to be in the habit of falling asleep early and then awaking early, sometimes to fall back asleep, these days.
