So far we've managed to avoid the urban myths that are disseminated by surgeons.....

Ollie,
Have you looked in Darmstadt? Maybe, your CD has gone back to its roots.

I do mean to head off to Darmstadt some time in the next couple of weeks to look at manuscripts. I'll certainly keep my eyes peeled. But who knows, maybe it'll wait for Christmas before putting in an appearance...

Dear Mr Oliver, What's all this fuss about? Can't a CD take a break? You gallivanting off all over the globe taking your precious instruments with you, but what about us, your faithful CDs? We're just being ripped off and pale copies of us crammed in your iPod. I know that a lot of your CDs are common as muck commercial issues with a spine but no backbone, but I'm different. And if you won't take me round the world with you, then I'm jolly well going to see it of my own accord (yes, I know, that's another label altogether, but you know what I mean). So here I am starting my trip in a train. If you're lucky, I might send more postcards. If you're very lucky, I might even come back. But I want a proper shelf, mind, and no sharing with all that Warner riff-raff. Yours (unfortunately) Noel Analekta

Well, Mr Oliver, Thought I might bump into CDs by the Quatuor Mosaïques hanging around here, but apparently not. Nor any Elgar: Pompeii, yes, but nothing of circumstance.... Noel
