Thanks Ian, I have not seen HAL since 1968, I thought he was just a voice.

Sorry but what is HAL? I Googled and got Haliburton and lost the will to carry on looking.

A step beyond ahead of IBM, but that was six years ago.

Thanks Richard but it was Kittybriton who got the answer, I just got the right animal. (Don't want to steal her(?) thunder! )
Aww. Thanks Woodbine. You are so nice.

Star-nosed moles on the other hand, give me a creepy feeling.

Do note though, Richard, that should someone here actually work out what your postage stamp is and you change it, no one will be able to see what we were guessing at any more...
With Ollie's point in mind I may be replying to a hopelessly outdated thread (for some reason I can't see the posting date of any messages except the most recent, and even that only occasionally), but isn't it HAL, Richard?

Yes it is but someone already guessed that. So I think I'll put the picture here and think of another one sharpish.

HAL was a pretty spectacular for you to have had as a postage stamp I must say. Only thing is, I kept getting the feeling I was being watched.

It can only be attributable to human error.

A tad too symmetrical and regular for HIV perhaps?

Is it a/the bird flu virus?

It's not a virus, although for some people it's just as troublesome.
