The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you. Now, nice cup of tea, anyone?

What was so irritating was that I gave up sugar a year ago and they were well aware of it. It`s simply thoughtless behaviour. I won`t be returning.

Liz Cass is a Jazz singer with a heart-stoppingly beautiful voice all her own. See details of where you can hear her sing on her website: www.lizcass.com and watch out for the announcement of dates for her RONNIE SCOTTS GIG later in 2006!

It is not an offence in itself to be in an offside position. A player is in an offside position if:
-he is nearer to his opponents' goal line than both the ball and the second last opponent
A player is not in an offside position if:
-he is in his own half of the field of play -he is level with the second last opponent -he is level with the last two opponents
Commiting an Offside Offence A player in an offside position is only penalised if, at the moment the ball touches or is played by one of his team, he is, in the opinion of the referee, involved in active play by:
-interfering with play -interfering with an opponent -gaining an advantage by being in that position
No Offence There is no offside offence if a player receives the ball directly from:
-a goal kick -a throw-in -a corner kick

Try telling that to George Benjamin.

The city is a process which always veers away from the form envisaged and desired, ... whose revenge upon its architects and planners undoes every dream of mastery. It is [also] one of the sites where Dasein is assigned the impossible task of putting right what can never be put right. - Rob Lapsley

-a corner kick
I will simply acknowledge receipt of this retort and leave it to others to draw their own conclusions regarding its civility, validity and veracity. Accuracy, it appears, is in the eye of the beholder....
