By my estimation it must be nearly 4am UK time.
I was about to ask if you were in the Atlantic Ocean when you posted that, but I've just realised that the "02:55" above your post is the British time you posted, not the time where you are/were.

I feel a bit lost. I'm sure I'll feel better tomorrow especially if I get some composition done!

I should be going to bed too but I'm going to iron instead.
