Carry on Camping is my favourite. I've seen it many times but I turned the TV on late one night recently and it was on - couldn't drag myself away!

Kenneth Williams (doctor):      I was once a weak man

Hattie Jacques (matron):       Once a week's enough for any man.

Peter Butterworth was a class act-one lf the later ones he played the minor role of the Spanish hotel proprietor with Hattie Jacques as his wife-Lorca, Milligan and an air of menace-and gave the thing light and shade. Overall the`anectodal evidence is that the cast worked for peanuts and were'nt well-treated,
and an air of 'spanish practices' in paralell pervades the later ones for me, but as you guys say, great use of the odd moment here and there.

From Carry on up the Khyber:

The Khasi of Kalabar (Kenneth Williams)  May the benevolence of the god Shivoo bring blessings on your house.
Sir Sidney Ruff-Diamond (Sid James)  And on yours.
Khasi  And may his wisdom bring success in all your undertakings.
Ruff-Diamond  And in yours.
Khasi  And may his radiance light up your life.
Ruff-Diamond  And up yours.
