Ho!
Oh, it's a Sunday! That's why everything was shut...
Who was it was saying 'we call it Basle' a little while back? I must say I haven't seen that form of it for quite some time... certainly living in Germany and noting that Basel and Basle would sound the same in English anyway I decided to stop confusing myself.
On the other hand I think Bāle is a wonderful name...

Has anyone else got ..on the smileys site...a monkey with the label 'dog'? and a mouse with the label 'turtle'?
Quite bizarre... but I have had a couple of glasses of wine !!!

It`s not the wine, A! The `dog` is an exploding monkey and the `turtle` is definitely a mouse. The pink elephants are real though!  |

Er - I'm on the house beer at a bar opposite the town hall in Bāle. Or Basel if you prefer. The cheapest wireless internet in town and thus perfect for waffle.
