Ho Milly.  Try this:-
1.  Go to Google
2.  Click on Images
3. Enter the word:-  dice
4  Click on Search Images.
5.  Choose the first multi coloured picture on the page.  Click on it.  When the small picture appears at the top, click on:-  see full size image.
6.  At the very top of the page - to the right of the 2 back and forward arrows, copy the complete title for the picture starting with the letters:- http.
7,  return to Board.  Open a new reply message.  To keep it simple, just hold your cursor over the second picture on the second line (the first one is a circle, the second an oblong).  You will see the words "Insert Image.  Click on that symbol and then click on "paste" - next to the "house/home symbol.
That should put the picture on your message.

Cheers
I would copy this message and print it out.  You would then have it by you.

Ho Trained Pianist.  How are you.  I've been down the west of Ireland from Achill Island and Connemara, Galway, the Cliffs of Moher, the Ring of Kerrry and the Dingle Peninsular.  Swimming in the Atlantic at Dingle was very cold and rough but I enjoyed it and driving was a pleasure - as was the food and drink.
Cheers

Come again, soundwave, that is if you are not afraid of a tiger (irish tiger). They are building fast. With a rate like that there will not be much empty space.
Connemara and Cliffs of Moher are still good.

Thare is so much malts here one will never be sick, only it is called something else in the land of Irish tiger.

t is very scary there, I have seen people crawling on their belly close to the cliff to look down, but there is a railing.
There are many birds there nesting. One only see this sort of thing on television Nature programmes
