Does this mean I can ditch the egg timer?

For me it would mean the opposite. I'd have to buy an egg timer since I won't have the wait between posts to time my eggs any more. That's if I ate boiled eggs. Which I don't.

So are we going to be able to get George over here? If we can do that then the battle's getting on for being won, I reckon.

Ollie!! <why dont`t they have hug emoticons here?>

We definitely need George over here. We must plan a BRING GG OVER campaign. Perhaps he could be lured over if Milly and I were to induldge in a spot of mud wrestling again, Proceeds to go to charity of course!
On another note, so to speak, I see you have outed yourself, you shameless hussy!  At least I can now be secure in the knowledge that one too many on my part won`t blow your cover  Cheesy
Hugs to you

Ho Wafflers,
Isn't it nice not to have to wait an ice age before you can post again?
We had snow today in Yorkshire, not enough to get in the way, luckily but I fear it may snow again tonight.
Anyway, Liszt society review to write so I will disappear for now...

As I've previously mentioned: only with sukiyaki. An indispensable part of the experience. Mmmmmmm.

A little bird tells me he has this site bookmarked and a bag packed in case he has to make a quick escape from the other site (yes I know there's nothing stopping anyone using both, except of course after midnight your time and for three minutes after every post, but don't tell me that, tell him).

I think the mud wrestling idea is a definite goer. Just as soon as he tapes that tusk back on.

Tea and biscuits (plain Digestives) go down nicely after a night out in the pub.

Ho! all - just thought I'd pop my head round the corner and make an apearance on the Waffle Iron.  <Hug>s all round.

Sure I'll come up with a serious music post some time soon, but just getting my feet on these (so far exellent) boards.

Looking forward to discussions

Tommo

Why when I go to my profile to try and get a pic - I've only got pop musicians and actors?  Where can I get a nice cultured one like everyone else?  Huh

Milly,

You can use a small photo from anywhere on the net for your avatar. OK there may be copyright issues but when this site shrinks any avatar to a postage stamp I don't think there's any real copyright issues to worry about.

There's some Composer Photos in the R3boards gallery (see the newbie guides in the Announcement Section).

If you are really struggling let me know what sort of picture you would like. Daniel Barenboim? Nigel Kennedy? Or a nice one of Charles Hazlewood ?

I'll then ask a friendly Mod to set up your avatar
