It is easy. Go to Announcements and find thread Smiley.
The first post has a link to smileys.
Point and click your mouse on  emg code (you have to do it with the left side of the mouse, it will copy it).
Go to your post and click on the right side of your mouse, it will have paste there, click on it and siley will be there.

"Yam, I love chocholade cake."

The word you were looking for, t-p, is "Yum". You will also see "Yummy", which can also be used as an adjective.

A yam is a root vegetable, rather like a potato.

yam - much of what 'Black Country' folk say sounds like 'yam' :

yam yam Noun. A person from the Black Country, an area of England encompassing Wolverhampton, Dudley, and Stourbridge. From the way in which people from this locality speak. Derog. [Birmingham use]

Sorry, I already made this mistake with jam, jummy. I am mad with myself.

A, I think you should find smeleys in the oist if John W. Click on the address in his post and you will see them all. There are codes under each smiley. Click with the right side of your mouse on the last code. It copies it. Then on your post click with the left side of the mouse. The smiley is there.

A,

1. have you read the thread/link i posted above?

2. have you tried putting your picture in our Photobucket?

3. then:

In your message,

1. you need the whole address ending in .jpg

2. Need the [IMG ]http://and[ /img] after.

You can achieve both by choosing the IMG option at photobucket with ONE LEFT CLICK (it is copied)

Then on your message, at the cursor, right-click and Paste

Nope, still having trouble getting an avatar on.

I've got something in the photobucket.

I left clicked to copy

When I right click in my profile, under 'I have my own pic', I either end up with http://[img at the start, (which doesn't work), or I get rid of the first http://, and teh pasted text reverts to jus http:// when I commit my profile change.

What am I doing wrong?

It's OK, I tried ignoring the IMG bits and it worked.  Hope I'm not breaking anything!!

Meanwhile, in a completely unrelated thread...

"Oh bugler!" said Mole as he stepped on his glasses.

"Oooh! Mr.Mole!" exclaimed a young and impressionable ferret whose Mum had warned her to have nothing to do with marsupials.
