I do!  In our early married life we moved 7 times in 14 years - doing houses up and moving to a bigger one.  I find it really exciting and I've got packing down to a fine art.  I don't find it stressful at all - very enjoyable in fact.

This is the longest I've ever lived anywhere in my life.  19 years on the 30th of this month, but it wouldn't bother me at all to uproot again.

Ideally I'll be moving soon.
Have to find somewhere I want to live first.
If I can move before the start of term, that will be a good move, not just for my stress levels, but for the noise levels round here too.
The real stress will be moving stuff up from Durham finally. I'd like to think that I can shed a lot of unnecessary stuff and get to a stage where moving is relatively easy... Fat chance, but if I can get somewhere close to that dream it'll be nice.

Blimey.  We moved into this house five years ago and I was swearing "never again" oaths over a blasted oak (well, an unhealthy-looking cherry tree at the bottom of the garden - you get the idea).

Still haven't managed that and I've been here mmpfff years Cheesy

I think I have boxes in the loft that were never unpacked when we moved into our last house - where we lived for four years - and are still sitting sealed ....

At every one of these [classical] concerts in England you will find rows of weary people who are there, not because they really like classical music, but because they think they ought to like it. (Shaw, Don Juan in Hell)

Gosh - and I thought I was bad for still not having really finished unpacking after moving last October...  Shocked

Well now, here's a thing.
I emailed Cycling 74 to ask about MaxMSP (since the version I had, which was 4.3, was failing to even install on my new laptop) and they replied that my licence covered me to download up to 4.6.3! Amazed and gratified I am!
Haven't had a chance to find out what it can do yet, but if this new bundle doesn't include Jitter, I think I want it. Might look into the price of an upgrade to the latest version... Eventually.
Isn't it nice when a company actually goes out of their way to serve their customers?

Just have to hope for the best that FontLab do the same with TypeTool...

Yes, we find that when we went to open a savings account yesterday. Very helpful the staff were.
