A bit of unexpected happiness here at Time Towers: the BBC Phil just got in touch completely out of the blue to ask for a Birtwistle programme note. Smiley Smiley Smiley

Just to say that I've worked out how the font encoding works now.
It was as easy as I thought - managed to copy across the files from old computer with no problems at all.
Yay.
Now I have to actually get on with putting the piece into Sibelius.
Not so yay but it will look great when it's done.

I am fine t-p thanks, we were going out but as it is raining have decided to stay in and potter about. It is the meet up tonight so I hope it isn't raining then, it's more fun outside I think.

You ok? thinking positively??

I should of posted my Athenry story here. I posted it on Good morning thread.
We don't have a rain. I will have to go out too. I have a rehearsal with a choir.
By I now I know that opera Gala will be a disaster, but I have to remember to think positively.
I hope you will take many pictures at your meeting tonight.

Should have, t-p, not should of Grin. However, many English/British people get that wrong. The BBC's Have Your Say, on the BBC News site, is often salutary reading for anyone who thinks our education system produces literate people.
