I'm off to Dublin on the 4th October, staying for one night only.  First trip to Ireland.

Plane ticket, theatre ticket all sorted out: all that remains is to find somewhere to bed down for the night.  Anyone got any recommendations? Preferably for somewhere not too far from the Gate Theatre.

The city is a process which always veers away from the form envisaged and desired, ... whose revenge upon its architects and planners undoes every dream of mastery. It is [also] one of the sites where Dasein is assigned the impossible task of putting right what can never be put right. - Rob Lapsley
