I am delighted to announce that Boris Johnson, Mayor of London, has designated next Wednesday as "Drive a Car and Save a Bank" Day. For one day only, you are invited to bring your car to London and drive through the Congestion Charge zone. The day's proceeds will be donated to whichever bank is in trouble on that day.

We are also running a competition to complete the lyrics to the following song (to the tune of "Burlington Bertie"):

"I'm Bullingdon Boris, a friend of Steve Norris...."

The winner will receive a job offer from Lehman Bros.
