I can actually see Joanna McGregor coming on stage on a motorcycle... Not really. I mean that I can imagine her doing it.

She could take some lessons from Christian Lindberg?

At every one of these [classical] concerts in England you will find rows of weary people who are there, not because they really like classical music, but because they think they ought to like it. (Shaw, Don Juan in Hell)

Sorry people. I have a limited knowledge of pop artists. I thought that I should find some pop artist (possible African American) with many braids, but I didn't know many names. I like Joanne MacGregor. Thank you perfect wagnerite for youtube link. Classical music has to compete now with pop music and some motorcycle trombone concerto is good for a big crowd in a park.

The resemblance of Becky Mantin to my ex-boss is creepy. Are they stamped out somewhere, in a factory near Television Centre?
