That's a good photo of Gordon Brown strangling an invisible assailant!

Reminds me of an incident when I was teaching. Someone pinned up a picture of Princess Anne when she was in the Olympics... riding her horse.

One of the staff put up a little note to say 'Princess Anne is the one on top'

Sorry.. ducks behind sofa..

Ludwig Wittgenstein

Hugh Grant
I probably shouldn't admit it but the thought crossed my mind that I could put H.G. in the Grumpy Old Rant room. After all, he's almost a Huge Rant.

I know.

Ludwig Wittgenstein

Hugh Grant

But why is it that I find Wittgenstein very good-looking and Huge Rant not at all?

Could it be that Wittgenstein looks, well, more interesting and intelligent than Mr Grant? (plus the background knowledge that he undoubtedly was both of those things)...

... assuming that interesting and intelligent are things that turn your crank of course. I would guess that they are.
