Ruby, can you post the name or PM me with details of those sleeping tablets?
I'll check them tonight but they were just from Boots.  I took them again last night and got off quite quickly but then woke up again at 3.30 (although that's quite normal for me.)  The trial continues..  Smiley

[They're Boots' own brand. Dark blue packaging with a moon on the front, in case you're too tired to interpret the word 'Insomnia']

Era solo un mio sospetto

On Wednesday I had a half hour Alexander technique session, cost included in buying my Masai Barefoot Technology shoes.

Complimentary, as well as complementary.

Not quite sure how it differs from yoga, but I felt braced up afterwards, with sufficient energy to sit through a whole Handel opera with attention.

Today I've gone down with 'flu.  Is it connected?

My viola playing friend from university used to use Alexander technique to relax and he found it very beneficial, especially for dealing with pre-performance nerves.

I've done Buddhist meditation (we went on a course about 2 years ago) but when I was really stressed out, earlier in the year my mind was in such turmoil, I couldn't meditate.  I can now though, if needs be!
