Very many thanks everyone.  Nothing much more happened today, after I wrote earlier.  I went for another ride, let all my muscles go loose in the bath....  No, I can't keep this up any more.  Tinners' denial just has me in stitches.

Thanks for such warm birthday greetings.

Belated birthday wishes Tommo, sorry I missed it, didn't really do more than look in briefly last night (that's my excuse anyway). Embarrassed

...several beverages were consumed, but I awoke this morning without a hangover.  (Rubes - did you have it again?
Yes! You fiend!  Cheesy

Glad you had a good day.  Smiley

Thanks chaps, (and Bryn thanks for that scary doll picture, I think....)

And Birthday wishes to Nick Bennett, who has posted on this forum (even though not since May).

Tommo

PS - Rubes.  I'm stiff all over today.  What were you doing last night?

Tusk?  How can this be?

Oh, I see.  Our combined posts of 3404 + 657 + 26 = 4087.  No wonder we were jointly celebrating.  I can fully understand how such a mamoth tusking celebration caused the pain I am suffering today.  Well Done!

[Aside:  For anyone wondering what on earth is going on, Ruby posted something once which was exactly my experience.  I wondered whether Ruby was in fact me, or whether she had my brain  for a bit.  Or was that that we had our brain for a bit?  Or whether in fact our brains stayed put but our minds swapped temporarily.  Anyway, needless to say, I (we, Ruby) am (are, is) responsible for any hangover that she (we, Tommo) happen to experience as a result of my (our, her) drinking copiously the night before.

I'm sure you'll catch on]

Happy Belated Birthday Tommo - sorry this cake's not quite old enough!
