Thank you all, Off to Coventry to a 'Tex-Mex' restaurant, the Smokin' Gun for a burnt steak ? My lad might stay in to watch the football? So might be just me, the missus, my daughter and her partner (and he IS a footballer!) Yeehah! John

At every one of these [classical] concerts in England you will find rows of weary people who are there, not because they really like classical music, but because they think they ought to like it. (Shaw, Don Juan in Hell)

Thanks guys. My steak DID look like the one on the left! My missus had a Fred Flintstone type plate of ribs (yeah I know he wasn't a cowboy). As for music we were treated to Shania Twain and the soundtrack to 'Calamity Jane' and my daughter wasn't impressed by my Whip Crack Away, Whip Crack Away, Whip Crack Away I had an e-mail of congratulations from Classic FM All those years and they've never sent me a freebie.

Baz,
Happy birthday! I hope you are feeling well - you have a few years to go before you overtake Methuselah...

Happy birthdays, John and Baz! I suffer from the too-close-to-Christmas birthday You have my complete sympathy; not a great time to drag people out for another celebration...

In the interest of making sure that your greetings don't come all in one lump, Baz, I've saved mine until later. I hope it's been a pleasurable day!
Many Happies,
Ron
