Need to close this one. Yes the Who? was the Rubinstein-Heifetz-Piatigorsky trio, when they were filmed or photographed.  The photo is featured on a re-issue CD and here we see it, the What? being Ravel and Tchaikovsky trios, featuring recordings from When? 1950.  |

That would make the 'when' 1955 and the 'where', Sibelius's house in Finland. The 'why' was Ormandy's visit with the whole of the Philadelphia Orchestra (  ) around the time of Sibelius's 90th birthday. |
