Who? Elgar. What? i said ELGAR. are you DEAF? and any, the correct word is 'pardon'... it's a statue...When? Dunno... it was unveiled in 2000...so...2000? Where? Malvern (Unveiled by the Duke of York, y'know...) Why? why the hell not? eh?? 5 answers! now that's value.

A concert conducted by Hector Berlioz.
When?
1846.
Where?
The original engraving (in color) is in the Austrian National Library in Vienna.
Why?
The music of Berlioz was considered "noisy" in the 1840s.
