I noticed an advertising poster (actually several) on the way to work, and I'm convinced the subject was Simon Rattle (!) with tears rolling down his face (!!).

Couldn't read the text as I whizzed past but I thought it might be something like "Simon Rattle logs on to the new R3 message boards..."  Grin

I will try to get a better look tonight, but I wondered if anyone else has seen it?

Of course it might not have been Rattle at all...  Undecided

Completely misread that, IRF. Thought you meant 'a poster (i.e. a messageboarder) who advertises' ... (Where do I get the <doh> smiley?)

Haven't seen it, although I did see a big Daniel Harding poster on the tube last night.

Mystery solved Smiley

Sir Simon is crying because he's just been told he's not qualified to audition for the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain ( www.nyo.org.uk ).
