The Smoke-free (Premises and Enforcement) Regulations 2006
Made 13th December 2006 Laid before Parliament 18th December 2006 Coming into force 1st July 2007
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers in sections 2(5), 10(1) and (2) and 79(3) of the Health Act 2006[1], makes the following Regulations:—
Citation, commencement, application and interpretation 1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Smoke-free (Premises and Enforcement) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 1st July 2007.
