Erm, just had the rehearsal with our soloist.  Would anyone mind if I pointed out that she is bl**dy brilliant?

Not often you get to hear the Britten VC.  I have a feeling this will be one of our better gigs.

Hope some of you can make it

I'm sorry I can't make it, Tommo!   Cry

I hope it goes marvellously for you!  I love Tchaikovsky #2,  it has a delicacy and charm that's extremely rewarding Smiley

Cheers Bz,

Alexandra Wood was quite stunning (and the band played quite well last night too!)

Will keep you informed of any other concerts coming that way.....

Glad it was good, Tommo.

I was otherwise engaged on Sunday evening, but have passed the orchestra's website details on to my mum who is newly resident in the right bit of the country.
