This is very interesting question for me.

Today I heard Alexei Lubimov on Breakfast.


When I was growing up I heard many students played Bach in sort of "Romantic style". What I mean they played in kind of legato style.

There was Richter, Glenn Gould of course. But still there was a lot of Romantic playing.

This performance is so beautiful, in a style of the period.
