Has anyone encountered this issue?

I mentioned this a little while ago but if I may, may I ask if anyone else suffers reversed channels when listening to R3 online? I realise it's possible to swap round the speakers, but it's a bit of a pain to have to keep on doing it as one changes from listening online to listening to CDs.

I don't have the problem when listening to CDs on the computer, which rather suggests it's the way the stream is coming over. Have I got that apparently basic assumption correct?
