I know people (myself included) have a go at phone helpdesks but I've been quite impressed by BT's support for their Voyager wireless equipment. I rang the helpdesk on Tuesday evening, when I had a couple of problems and, because I'm on a BT phone line, I was given a free number to ring instead of the 0870 number. The chap who answered was very helpful and gave me some indications as to where I should be looking when I couldn't change the security on my router from WEP to WPA (recommended for everyone btw). My other problem was with my Ubuntu laptop, which he said wasn't a supported operating system, but then I already knew that, so was only looking for a bit of info about how the router worked.
