Gosh I remember "Nobody Loves A Fairy When She's Forty" from when it was on Round the Horne xx years ago. Can't tell you whether the notes are correct Kitty but your pdf looks OK. If I had me piano up here I could try playing it!

I know the song (from Radio 2 airings), tried singing it (I'm not a great reader) but kept hearing Gracie Fields in one ear  Roll Eyes

I think the verse about council houses must have been added in the 60s (the song first appeared in 1934).

I guess this version must have been updated in true pantomime tradition. I made a recording from a MIDI rendering for download. So everybody sing along now!
