Well it's, cough, a little way off yet but my diary secretary informs me I will be hearing Mr Gergiev conduct Mahler 6 that day. Seems as good a way as any to celebrate it after raising a birthday glass to Benjamin Britten and Peter Hurford and one of our number here, I believe Smiley

I remember there is a St Cecilia's Hall in Edinburgh, which includes a harpsichord museum. Do they have special concerts in honour of their patroness?

I could check thier website I suppose .......
