Assuming it's in the evening... that's the day I'm going to Parsifal so I'll already be at the opera by late afternoon

What do people have against Petroc? He seems fine to me - and no, this is not a wind-up!

Why don't I like Petroc?
Terrible vowel sounds, says too much, smarmy, name-dropping, supercilious, know-all, CFM style presentation....ugh!

I was terribly disappointed to learn that Petroc's name isn't actually Petrarch. Having only heard it and not seen it for a long time, that's what I assumed it was.

The festive season approaches and our arrangements for a meet up seem to have stalled. Having received a gentle reminder from a Member of these hallowed halls, let`s kick start it again! Meeting at The George at London Bridge was mentioned previously and in the past it seemed to be a fairly convenient place for people to get to. More importantly, it`s a nice pub How does the 14th December strike people? Could be a nice way to end the week and won`t get in the way of any weekend Christmas shopping expeditions. Over to you chaps....
