A friend and I are going and I just wondered whether any members here will be there?

There's a good chance I will, actually, Susan, although knowing me I won't get round to booking till a week or less before it happens.

The city is a process which always veers away from the form envisaged and desired, ... whose revenge upon its architects and planners undoes every dream of mastery. It is [also] one of the sites where Dasein is assigned the impossible task of putting right what can never be put right. - Rob Lapsley

I'll not be able to, unfortunately, as I'll be attending another event in Glasgow given by an organist who has played the complete Messiaen organ works but who on that occasion will be playing Sorabji and some Scottish composer whose name escapes me just now but whose commemoration of John Ogdon occupies the first half of the programme (see a certain "plug" thread somewhere)...

Oh dear, I have only just noticed your post! My friend, Ruth, and I will be in the Rear Stalls EE 27 and 28 and it would be so nice to make your acquaintance. I'm tallish and wear glasses, but carry a white signal cane, so please tap me on the arm to say hello! We're going to meet at Waterloo station (she comes from Colchester) at 12 and then have a snack in the RFH main entrance. By the way, my surnname is Buckingham.
