Actually I did remember that John, but wanted to keep my post here in order to retain the Baudrillard and Ferneyhough connections (which were quite deliberately placed there as fodder for Pace Wink ).

I'll steer the thread back to the topic when I've done some other work in an hour or three, although I fully anticipate other fascinating contributions in the meantime! ...
