Era solo un mio sospetto

I looked up the link, and I could not see its relevance to Mixing It or any matter under discussion.

But then, as I am only five, I may not appreciate the sophistication of my elders' discourse.

If this is another attempt to press the case of a supposedly overlooked composer, then why doesn't the member open a new thread, and share their positive enthusiasm for this composer, drawing the attention of those of us unfamiliar with his work to the virtues and beauties of his music?

According to the moderators this link is not spam, otherwise they would have deleted it. For  'Chichivache' & 'Andy D' to dismiss it as spam ... without reference to the contents - represents a celebration of their ignorance!

I'm quite happy to live in ignorance of this lobbox, frankly - but thanks for the kind thought q;o)

Dear Mark

Any chance of posting playlist for 23rd july (prog 13). Can't find it in your idsisk, or Resonance.

Thanks in advance. The show continues to throw up a wonderfully diverse range of material. I'm particularly interested in the Cage ragas, and Nigerian guitar heros...

Robert Sandall presents Late Junction next week. Should bring at least a touch of Mixing It to the selections.

So he does. Thanks for pointing this out, I'm sure sure I would have listened anyway, but a nice surprise!

Does anyone know when any new WTSIT programmes will be broadcast?

Over on the Resonance FM Forum, Mark Russell posted a reply to say that there will be new WTSiT shows starting this week, Wed 10th Sept.

Link = http://forum.resonancefm.com/viewtopic.php?t=4231&start=30

Meanwhile, Robert S is currently brushing up his broadcasting skills on Late Junction, on a temporary basis last week and this week. Smiley

Glad I haven't missed anything while I've been away! Tonight's show a classic - wild men! Talking of which, anyone remember a track broadcast on MI years ago, just called 'wild man' - a guy speaking, nothing more - and going wild. Would love to hear that again. Can't trace it on google.

Unfortunately, a search for 'wild man' on the MixingIt playlist database at - http://mixingit.hubmed.org/ - didn't provide any further details. I've also searched through some early playlists not included in the database but found no references to 'wild man'.  Sad

Thanks for looking J - I'd forgotten about that, it hadn't occurred to me to look there, even though I download from that site. I will have a dekko myself, in case I've got the title wrong. Something may ring a bell.

Thanks again

I'll ask our former Mixing It researcher Sam. He knows everything. I remember Wild Man. It was a great track. I'll report back here....
